Directions

Please plan to arrive 10-15 min prior to your appointment time. We are located in suite 110-6 in the parking lot across from MENS MACYS and CHASE BANK. We have a separate entrance from the main building entrance-make sure to look for “executive suites 110”. Once entering suites 110 please text Stephanie that you have arrived and make sure to use the restroom and wash your hands. She will meet you in the waiting room once you text is received.
